We’ve been getting to know Brooklyn Tankard and her signature red hair for nearly two seasons of Thicker Than Water, and there’s one thing that’s been missing in her life: a man by her side. That’s all hopefully about to change because this 26-year-old Nashville resident is turning toMillionaire Matchmaker’s Patti Stanger for help in the love department.
“I am here today to hopefully leave with a man,” Brooklyn says in Wetpaint Entertainment’s exclusive sneak peek at this Sunday’s episode — which also happens to be Millionaire Matchmaker’s 100th episode. “Dating life for me is non-existent. Zero. Nada. Zilch. I feel like the guys are not usually on my level.”
Turns out Brooklyn’s had some major disappointments from former flames, alluding to the fact that one of her exes cheated on her with her best friend. Hopefully Patti will be able to find a few worthy guys to catch Brooklyn’s attention. However, this potential man would have to share the spotlight with Brooklyn’s daughter, Diamond.
“Right now I am the love of my life. And also my daughter Diamond. She’s the love of my life,” Brooklyn continues. “I would really like a man in my life so she can see me in a healthy relationship with him and also have a father figure. I’m just ready for him to come now and my patience is ticking.”
As for Patti’s level of excitement on meeting Brooklyn and helping her find love? Turns out Patti is really forward to hooking Brooklyn up with a worthy man. Honestly, it’s one of the more positive intros we’ve ever heard Patti deliver. No pressure, Brooklyn.
“She’s a strong woman,” Patti says. “I know she looks 26 but she seems, mentally, like 40. Way older. She’s got her s—t together. I don’t know that many women, let alone men, who have their s—t together.”
Patti’s on her way to meet Brooklyn and we’re on the edge of our seat hoping this gorgeous gal lands herself a worthy man!
The Millionaire Matchmaker airs Sunday nights at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo.
